Legal Agreement: Membership Cancellation Policy

The term of this membership will be month-to-month. It will be effective from the date of execution and shall
automatically renew on the first (1st) day of the following month. No pro rated charges will be granted. Invoices are due on receipt and if not paid by
the fifteenth (15th) day of the month are subject to a 10% late fee. Member may change membership type by
providing written notice to Innovation Portal on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of any month. Member may
put their membership on hold (for a fee) for one month by providing written notice to Innovation Portal on or
before the fifteenth (15th) day of any month.
